Every answer is short on purpose. Open one question at a time.
Finish the setup wizard, add your shop name and location, then check your stages in Settings > Boards. Add one real vehicle to the Board and move it once. That is enough to learn the main flow.
Most problems are a location, role, or connection check. Try these before starting over.
Open the location switcher and choose the shop, or select All locations for a combined view.
Wait a few seconds, check the shop selector, then refresh. Avoid moving the same card twice while the first update is saving.
Some controls depend on your role or plan. Ask an admin to check Settings > Team and Settings > Billing.
Do not delete the shop. Contact support first so the history stays safe and we can help you choose the right reset.
