See it in the product

The Board is the daily habit.

Each card is a vehicle. Each column is a stage. Move the card when the work moves.

What to look for: the stage name, card count, vehicle name, VIN, and promised date.

Tip: click a card to open its details without leaving the Board.

What each area does.

These are the jobs each part of Carvikon is built to do. You can come back here when a screen feels unfamiliar.

Overview

Overview

A quick read on the health of the shop.

  • Check vehicles in the shop, delivered this month, average cycle time, and late work.
  • Open an attention item to jump straight to the vehicle that needs you.
Board

The workflow Board

One card per vehicle. One column per stage.

  • Drag a card when the work moves. Everyone sees the change right away.
  • Use the calendar view to compare promised dates and spot a crowded week.
Scheduling

Scheduling

Keep appointments and promised dates in one place.

  • Create appointments from the schedule and link them to a customer or vehicle.
  • Share the booking link when you want customers to request a time themselves.
CRM

CRM

Turn enquiries into work without typing everything twice.

  • Start with a name and phone number. Add the rest when you have it.
  • Move a lead from new to contacted to estimate. A won lead can become a board card.
Reports

Reports

See where time goes and what leaves the shop.

  • Use one date range for every chart so comparisons stay honest.
  • Export the numbers as a spreadsheet or print the page as a PDF.
Settings

Locations and teams

Keep every shop in one account without mixing their work.

  • Add, rename, or close a location from Settings > Locations.
  • Invite teammates from Settings > Team and give each person the access they need.
Settings > Boards

Stages and boards

Make the board sound like your shop.

  • Rename stages, drag them into the real order, and choose a colour for each column.
  • Use lanes for waits such as parts or approval without hiding the vehicle.
Settings > Integrations

Email, texts, and calendar

Connect the tools your team already uses.

  • Set up Twilio for text messages and SMTP or Gmail / Outlook for email.
  • Connect Google Calendar or Microsoft Calendar from Settings > Integrations.
Settings > Billing

Account and billing

Manage your profile, language, theme, plan, and invoices.

  • Change your details and appearance from Settings > Account.
  • Change or cancel your plan from Settings > Billing. Your board stays available through the current period.
Questions people ask

If you are wondering, start here.

Every answer is short on purpose. Open one question at a time.

Finish the setup wizard, add your shop name and location, then check your stages in Settings > Boards. Add one real vehicle to the Board and move it once. That is enough to learn the main flow.

Quick fixes

If something looks wrong.

Most problems are a location, role, or connection check. Try these before starting over.

I cannot find the shop I need

Open the location switcher and choose the shop, or select All locations for a combined view.

A change looks stuck

Wait a few seconds, check the shop selector, then refresh. Avoid moving the same card twice while the first update is saving.

A button or tab is missing

Some controls depend on your role or plan. Ask an admin to check Settings > Team and Settings > Billing.

I need to start over

Do not delete the shop. Contact support first so the history stays safe and we can help you choose the right reset.
