A repair stores labor as hours and its money as one invoice total. Carvikon turns that into real ledger lines: parts and sublet keep their own amounts, and the remaining labor is split across body, paint and mechanical in proportion to the hours your crew already booked. The lines always sum to the invoice exactly — there is no rate to configure and no rounding drift for your accountant to chase in March.
Pushes when the car is Delivered
Delivered is the moment an invoice is final, so that is the moment it lands in QuickBooks. A job edited after the fact syncs again; a failed push retries itself.
Labor split from booked hours
Body, paint and mechanical labor become separate revenue lines, split from the hours on the job. Lines land non-taxable, so QuickBooks never stacks tax on a total that already includes it.
Payouts that match the bank
Stripe pays out in batches, net of fees. Carvikon records what each deposit contained — which charges, which fees — so the number in QuickBooks is the number on the bank statement.

No. Carvikon creates its own invoices under its own customers and never edits anything it did not create. Each job syncs to exactly one invoice — re-syncing updates that invoice rather than duplicating it — and disconnecting the integration leaves your books exactly as they are.
No — that is the point. Dollars are derived from the invoice total the job already carries, split by the hours already booked. There is nothing to configure beyond connecting your QuickBooks company.
One invoice per delivered job: body, paint and mechanical labor as separate lines, parts and sublet on their own lines, summing to the job's invoice total to the penny. Card payments recorded through Carvikon arrive against the invoice, and Stripe payouts are recorded net of fees so deposits reconcile.

It retries on its own, and the job shows its sync state so nothing fails silently. If your QuickBooks connection expires, Carvikon says so in the app and picks the queue back up the moment you reconnect.
