Online booking for auto repair shops
Customers book the times you actually have open.
A booking form that offers Saturday noon when the shop is closed makes more work than it saves. Carvikon's page is built on the calendar the shop already runs, so it can only offer times that are free, and a customer never has to call to find out.
30-day money-back guarantee. No contract.

Every shop has a booking page the moment its account exists, under an address built from the shop's name. It shows the days you are open and the times still free, in your time zone, and a time disappears when someone takes it or slips inside your notice period. You choose the slot length, how much notice you need and how far ahead customers can book. Share the link, print the QR code for the counter, or put the form on your own website with one line of code, as a form on the page or as a Book now button. When the shop texts, the form carries its own consent box for texts, never pre-ticked and never required.
Read the booking page guideOnly the times you can take
Closed days are greyed out, full days say Full, and two people can never book the same slot. Opening hours are set once in Settings and the page reads them.
It lands where the work is
A booking appears in the Scheduled column with the customer, the vehicle and their note. The customer is added to the CRM or matched to the record you already have, the shop's owners get a notification, and it syncs to Google Calendar if you have connected one.
Looks like your shop
Add your logo, choose an accent color, light or dark and the corner style, and every copy of the form changes together, the hosted page and the one on your website. Each location has its own page, colors and rules.
Questions shops ask about online booking.
No. You decide what the page can offer: the days and hours you are open, the slot length, the notice you need and how far ahead customers can book. Bookings are confirmed automatically, so there is no approval step. To stop taking them for a while, close the days in Settings and the page says so.
The booking page, its QR code and the website form come with every plan.
Yes. Paste one line of code to show the form on your page, or a Book now button that opens it, and it takes your logo and colors.

Yes. Each location has its own page, colors and rules, all managed from the same tab when you switch shops.
When your shop texts, yes. The form has its own consent box for texts, never pre-ticked and never required, so a customer who skips it can still book.
