01
Scope and who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Nebulink Business Solutions LLC dba Carvikon LLC (“Carvikon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you visit our website, create an account, use our Service, contact us, or interact with our advertising.
When a repair shop uses Carvikon to manage its own customer or vehicle information, that shop is generally responsible for deciding why and how that information is used. In that context, Carvikon processes information on the shop’s behalf to provide the Service. Please contact the shop directly for questions about its own privacy practices.
02
Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information, depending on how you use Carvikon:
- Account and contact information, such as name, email address, business name, role, and support correspondence.
- Billing information, such as billing address, tax information, subscription status, and payment-related identifiers. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe, not stored by Carvikon.
- Customer Data submitted by a business user, such as customer contact details, vehicle and appointment information, photos, and communications.
- Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device characteristics, pages or features viewed, approximate location inferred from IP, and diagnostic logs.
- Advertising and cookie information, when you allow it, such as ad-tag identifiers, browser events, and information about visits or conversions collected by Meta Pixel or the X website tag.
03
How we use information
We use personal information to provide, secure, operate, support, and improve the Service; create and administer accounts; process subscriptions; communicate about accounts and support; prevent fraud and abuse; comply with law; and, with your choice where required, measure and improve our advertising.
We may send essential service messages, including account, security, payment, and policy notices. We send product news, offers, and other marketing email only when you opt in; you can unsubscribe at any time. If you opt in to text messages from a Carvikon business customer, that customer’s consent terms and privacy notice apply to those messages.
04
How we disclose information
We do not sell personal information for money. We disclose information only as needed for the purposes described here, including:
- with vendors that provide hosting, authentication, database, communications, security, analytics, billing, and customer-support services;
- with Stripe to process payments and manage subscriptions;
- with integrations that you choose to connect, such as email, calendar, or messaging providers;
- with professional advisers, law enforcement, or others when required by law or needed to protect rights, safety, or the Service; and
- in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the business.
If you enable advertising measurement, we also disclose browser event data to Meta and X through their website tags. Depending on applicable law, that disclosure may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. It is not a sale for money, and you can opt out through Your Privacy Choices.
06
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security. Retention periods vary by the type of information and our relationship with you. We may keep de-identified or aggregated information for longer.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
07
Privacy rights and requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of personal information, and to opt out of certain targeted advertising or sharing. California residents may also have rights to know, correct, delete, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive information, and receive equal treatment for exercising their rights, subject to applicable limits and exemptions.
To make a request, email hi@carvikon.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line and tell us the email address and request type. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Authorized agents may submit requests where applicable law permits. You may appeal a denied request by replying to our decision with “Privacy appeal.”
For Customer Data that a repair shop entered into Carvikon, please direct the request to that shop first. We will assist our business customer as appropriate.
08

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us so we can take appropriate steps.
We may revise this policy to reflect changes in the Service, law, or our practices. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice where appropriate.
