Ask your shop software a question
Ask the shop a question. Get the cars back.
The answer to most questions about the shop is already in the software, behind three clicks and a filter. Ask Carvikon is a box that opens from any screen. Type the question the way you would ask your service advisor, and it reads the board, the customers and the books and answers with the cars themselves.
30-day money-back guarantee. No contract.

It reads. You decide what changes.
Press Command-K or Control-K, or tap the sparkle, and ask: what is stuck, today's appointments, unpaid invoices, which cars are ready for pickup. It looks things up as you, with your own permissions, and answers with the cars as cards you can open. When you ask for a change, it never makes one on its own. It sets the change up as a card that says exactly what will change, and nothing happens until you press Apply. You can undo it from the card or from Settings, AI Features, for seven days, and an owner can turn changes off. Questions about your own shop's data are part of the AI Suite, which comes with Elite; on Elite it can also set up moving a car, a note on a job, a new time or a message to a customer, each as a card. A question that reads your shop's data uses one AI action. How-to questions and setup help are free and work on every plan.
Questions about your own shop
What is stuck, today's appointments, unpaid invoices, who is clocked in, the week's numbers, a car or a customer by name. The answer comes back as the actual cars and customers, a tap away from opening.
Set the shop up by asking
Say "we're open Saturdays 8 to 12" or "tell me if a car sits in Parts more than three days". Ask works out the board, stages, time limits, opening hours, lists and reminders, and shows the change as a card. Apply makes it, and Undo takes it back.
Help that opens the right screen
Ask how to do something and it shows the right video, opens the right screen and checks your setup. It can also tell you why a customer did not get a text, or why your booking page is not taking bookings.
Questions shops ask about Ask Carvikon.
No. It reads with your own permissions and cannot change anything on its own. A change is a card that says what will change, written from the checked details rather than from the AI's own wording, and nothing happens until someone presses Apply. A message to a customer is only ever drafted: it opens in your composer, and you press Send.
