Card payments and deposits for auto shops
Paid before the customer reaches the counter.
The last mile of a repair is the slowest: the car is ready, the customer is on the way, and the bill still has to be worked out, printed and paid at the counter. Send a link from the job and the money is moving before they park.
30-day money-back guarantee. No contract.

The last stage is getting paid.
A car reaches your final stage and a Send invoice button appears on its card. Carvikon adds up the hours, parts and sublet already on the job and texts the customer a secure payment link, settling straight into your bank.
- Every major card, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Payouts land in the shop's own bank account
- Carvikon fee 0.30% of each card payment, returned on a refund or a dispute
Request it from the job, and watch it land.
Open any job and request a payment. Carvikon works from the hours, parts and sublet already on the car and sends the customer a secure link by text or email, or you copy it into a message yourself. They pay by card on Stripe's checkout, so card details never touch Carvikon, and the job shows Paid the moment they do. Money owed has its own page: who has been sent a link, who has viewed it and who is late, with a reminder on its way when nobody has paid. Cash, checks and your own card terminal can be recorded against the same balance, and disputes have their own tab with the deadline Stripe shows. Card payments are set up for shops in the United States, and come with Pro and Elite.
A link, not a trip to the counter
Every major card, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay, on Stripe's checkout. Unpaid balances get automatic reminders with a fresh link, by default at 3 and 7 days, and a refund goes back to the card it came from.
Deposits that move the car
Set a deposit and the thank-you page after an estimate approval offers a link to pay that share straight away. It comes off the final bill. A column can wait for its deposit, and the car moves to the next stage by itself once it is paid.
Payouts that match the books
Stripe pays your own bank account, about two business days after the first payment and then on the payout schedule you set in your Stripe account. The Payouts page follows each one, and with QuickBooks sync (Elite) deposits are recorded net of fees so they match the bank statement.
Questions shops ask about card payments.
Carvikon fee 0.30% of each card payment, taken from the shop. The customer's total does not change. A full or partial refund returns that fee in proportion, and a disputed payment returns it too. Stripe charges its own processing fee, which is separate from your plan, and keeps that processing fee on the original charge.
Yes. Set a deposit and the customer is offered a link to pay that share the moment they approve an estimate. It comes off the final bill, and a column that waits for its deposit moves the car on by itself once it is paid.
By text or email, or you copy it into a message yourself. Texting comes with Pro and Elite.
Record them against the same balance, so what you are owed and the job's history stay accurate. Recording a payment does not move any money.
Yes. The money goes back to the card it came from. The Carvikon fee is returned in proportion. A disputed payment returns the Carvikon fee as well. Stripe keeps its processing fee on the original charge.
