Carvikon alongside CCC ONE
CCC ONE is a collision repair platform built around estimating. Carvikon is a production board that runs beside it. What each does, and when a small body shop needs both.
Most collision shops in the US write insurer estimates in CCC ONE, Mitchell or Audatex, and none of them should stop. Carvikon does not replace an estimating platform and does not touch your insurer workflow. It answers a different question: where is every car right now, and what is it waiting for?
What CCC offers
CCC describes CCC ONE as an all-in-one platform for collision repair. Its estimating is the reason most shops have it. CCC also offers a repair workflow product, integrated into CCC ONE, with digital production boards, production schedules, checklists and reports. CCC does not publish its prices; it quotes them.
Why a body shop adds Carvikon anyway
- The crew needs to see it. Carvikon puts the live board on the shop TV and on every tech's phone, and a card moves with one tap.
- Parts arrive in waves. Carvikon splits waiting on parts into body, paint and assembly, so the column says which wave is late.
- The customer wants updates. Carvikon sends them when a car reaches the stages you choose, from your own Gmail.
- Not every job is insurance work. Customer-pay jobs, supplements and detail work can be estimated right on the car and approved from a link. On Elite, a PDF estimate can be read onto the car.
- The price is published. Starter $49, Pro $99, Elite $199 a month per shop; 20 percent off billed annually (from $39).
When you do not need Carvikon
If your shop already runs CCC's workflow tools, the crew uses them, and customers are kept informed, a second board will not add much. Carvikon is for the shop whose estimating is settled and whose floor still runs on a whiteboard and walking over to ask.
Questions shops ask
No. CCC ONE keeps the insurer estimates. Carvikon runs alongside it as the production board: where every car is, what it is waiting on, and updates for the customer.
On Elite, a PDF estimate from an insurer or supplier, such as a CCC estimate, can be read onto the car. On every plan you can type the estimate's work onto the car.
Facts about other products are taken from their own public pages on 2026-10-25. Prices change; check the vendor's page before you decide.
